These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all schools, educators, and students participating in the pilot of LifeTrajectory (the "Platform"). By participating in the pilot, the school, its staff, and students agree to the following:
1. Purpose of the Pilot
The Platform is being provided for educational and evaluation purposes only. The goal of this pilot is to test the Platform’s features, gather feedback, and assess its usefulness in supporting students.
2. Eligibility
- Participation requires approval from the appropriate parties involved..
- If required by the school, students must have parental/guardian consent.
- Fake student names and emails may be used during pilots to protect privacy.
3. Acceptable Use
Participants agree not to:
- Submit harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.
- Attempt to access or interfere with other participants’ data.
- Use the Platform for purposes outside the scope of the pilot.
4. Data and Privacy
- For pilots, no real personal information is required. Grade level and student responses are the main data collected.
- Data is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized school staff.
- Data is not sold, rented, or shared with outside organizations.
- Schools and parents may request access to or deletion of data collected during the pilot.
5. Ownership
- Students retain ownership of the content they create.
- The Platform and underlying technology remain the property of Feckoury Ventures Inc.
6. Disclaimers
- The Platform is provided “as is” during the pilot, without warranties of any kind.
- The Platform is not intended to provide counseling, medical, or therapeutic services.
7. Termination
- Either the school or Feckoury Ventures Inc may end participation in the pilot at any time.
- Access may be removed if these Terms are violated.
8. Feedback
- Schools and educators are encouraged to provide feedback.
- Feedback may be used to improve the Platform, but no confidential school information will be published or shared.
